Change account picture

1. If you haven't already, sign in to your Chromebook.
2. Click the status area, where your account picture appears.
3. Click Settings.
4. In the "People" section, click your account picture.
5. Change your account picture. You have four choices:
   • Use your Google Account photo
   • Use one of the available icons
   • Choose a file: Click the Folder .
   • Take a photo with your camera: Click the Camera , then click Take photo . To retake your photo, click the photo, then click Trash .
6. Click Done.

Hide account picture from sign-in screen

You can hide Google Account names and pictures on the sign-in screen if:

• Your Google Account is designated as the owner of your Chromebook.
• Your device is not managed.

Follow these steps:

1. Sign in to the Chromebook with the owner account.
2. Click the status area, where your account picture appears.
3. Click Settings.
4. In the "People" section, click Manage other users.
5. Uncheck the box next to Show usernames and photos on the sign-in screen.
6. Click Done.

Now, you'll see a generic "Sign in" step on the sign-in screen.
